“So my daughter passed away in August and I knew of Jackson Memorial from my grandmother being took care of their at Jackson Memorial years ago so I wasn’t sure exactly where I wanted to have her arrangements done so I was referred to call Damion the owner And I tell you it was a burden lifted just talking to him reassuring me that He would handle everything plot for her burial her obituaries were beautiful I tell you He and his team handled everything precisely my daughter was put away so elegantly she look like she was just resting Damion knew I was not familiar with this He was very professional he prayed getting started with the process of her arrangements He even opened the New repast Hall that can hold a large gathering He allowed us to use the hall to serve family and friends after the funeral service it had warmers for food and bathrooms there were plenty of seating and tables everything turned out Wonderful I and my family are pleased with the hard work his team did for my daughter Cortena Hill I just had to leave a review to let the public know how good of a service Damion have for the community!!!”

“Jackson Memorial took such great care of my husband, Minister Christopher Coleman. Damien was amazing, he did not try to “up sell” me, he asked what I wanted and showed me my options. Velma literally held my hand through the whole process. You feel the compassion from every member of staff the moment you step through the door!”

“It's a blessing to have a place like Jackson Memorial to lean on. My mom passed in Houston, Tx and Damian told us not to worry they will take care of everything and make sure our mom get to Jackson. He did just that! Throughout the entire process he was a true professional. Thank you Damian for being the caring and compassionate person that you are. Lasure and Julia, thank you for ALL the many things you did while preparing our mom for her service. She was so beautiful when you finished with her. Mr. Owens, thank you for the great advice you gave our family concerning the service. Thank you again for the conversations we had while riding in the family car. You were always a joy to be around. I hope I'm not in need of Jackson Memorial services anytime soon, but it's good to know you're there if I am. Thank you all again. God bless!”

“Even though this was a very difficult time for our family we were able to quickly make the arrangements because the staff and management were very knowledgeable and well organized. We have used their services twice in less then a year so I would highly recommend them whenever you find yourself in need of a good funeral home.”

“It's important to be surrounded by Christ-like folk when you've lost a loved-one. I was pleased with the staff at Jackson Memorial Funeral Service. The staff was professional yet he sympathetic. Most importantly, they listened to my requests and met them all. The decor of the building was very warm and inviting. The limo drivers were extremely patient and nice. I would like to have had some tranquil music playing during the ride. I would definitely recommend Jackson Memorial Funeral Service be entrusted with the transitioning of your loved one to their final resting place.”
